A Room by the Road

Well balanced and definitely gritty, though it does leave the viewer in suspense hoping for closure, when which the viewer is challenged to imagine the worst. Really good outing for a raw, real, indy short, though! The cinematography and soundtrack are very good! I did notice a couple of minor inaccuracies that would have been remedied by a bit more knowledge about firearms and ballistics, but these in no way took away from storyline or desperate downward spiral that the viewer is watching. I could definitely see this being a series of shorts, each telling some similar and very relatable story about friendships and bad ideas gone very wrong, and the aftermaths that these can trigger. I'm intrigued.
