When the phone rings in the cabin when Leif is on a ladder looking in one of the cabinets, the cabinet doors to his left are closed. He closes the ones he is looking in, gets down from the ladder to answer the phone, and In the next shot when he picks up the phone, one of those cabinet doors to the left is open.
When Leif trips and rolls down the bank at Green Lake, he slams into a tree back first. In the next shot, he is lying the opposite way, facing the tree.
