As someone who knows most of the people at IBP during the time of the heist, I was not surprised by owner's behavior that was displaced in documentary. I hope people can have peace and move forward.
I do like how they explain about the black market of animals and seriousness it is.

Very well directed and a lot of good information to get you into the case. Definitely worth the watch if you enjoy a good mystery and who dun it. They set it up in a way that tricks your brain into believing the original narrative, which is like a simulation of how you would feel working for John.

This show was great. It's basically the tiger king of bugs- only instead of a king there is a total weasel. I hope they keep telling this story. Let's get Steve back in the bug house!!!

Go on, watch it. You know you wanna know who would steal thousands of insects. What you discover: befuddled detectives, a zealous federal investigator for the US Fish and Wildlife service, and a whole subculture of exotic bug collectors. This tone strikes the right balance between sympathy, fascination, and bemusement with its. Some are naive, some are tragic, in their earnest dedication to their agendas. The pacing and sometimes ironic dramatism is thoroughly enjoyable. Especially recommended if you enjoy podcasts like This American Life, RadioLab, and it's shorter than the Tiger King with a tighter plot.
