Season 1 was funny and enjoyable, probably due to the adventure, story and comedy... but man season 2 was hard to watch. Not sure what changed, maybe the writers, but the characters were really annoying this time round.
Each episode was filled with weird dialogue... Silly questions... cringe/unnecessary conversations.....it took so much effort to get through the first two episodes of season 2 that I'm officially done with the show...
Hopefully this review will help someone else who might be thinking 'it was a great show last season, but what changed?! It's cringe trying to watch now....'.. I can't be alone.

I went in thinking it might be an average sitcom worth watching because I knew Craig wouldn't take the role if it was more of the same old rehashed content.
Him and Adam Scott made me happily sit through Ghosted and his role in Rapture-Palooza literally made that movie despite not being the main character.
Hopefully Peacock doesn't FOX this show on us.

This is hilarious. The gentlemen that plays his brother is a really good actor. People are hating. Yes yes people are entitled to their opinion but claiming wokeness, or negative comments because of diversity. People in the world are racist and privileged and unwilling to expend their minds.
Yes it has vulgar moments-most comedies do. Yes it had curse words - most cable shows do. But if that's not your thing - you can turn it off. You don't have to rate it low.

I had reviewed this after the early release pilot?!? Any ways I watched the whole season last night and it wasn't really what I thought it would be but still decent. I love Claudia O'doherty from Gleeb. Lol. Craig Robinson's really funny and loved Scott MacArthur tho I don't know if I've ever seen him in anything? Stop about the snakes people! They've been hunting and killing them forever in the everglades! If your little doggy or kitty got eaten by one I'm sure you wouldn't be on about it! Any ways the plot line with the brother and the Tony Robbins wanna be ( sorry forgot his name) could have been fleshed out more but they added too many subplots that things got a bit incoherent and not finished. But I liked it. Reminds me of Code 404 and Intelligence ( a bit) and I loved those. Hopefully there will be more because O'Doherty isn't in a lot of things and I really like her and would like to see more if her.
This is a show so clever, so over-the-top, so carefully cast that a viewer could be excused for missing the point. So here's the point: people some see as losers are strivers fighting to prove to us and themselves that the opportunity to achieve the American dream is real. They fight racism, cynicism, tribalism, jingoism, ignorance and plain evil to demonstrate that the road to success exists, even if it means working in a swamp. Craig Robinson plays the innocent believer working alongside an earnest immigrant and despite his cagey but jaded brother. A lot of the four-letter language that writers are wearing out, but a classic satire with an important message.
