cartoon that leaves you thinking for a long long time.

I love this movie. I got a chance to see it at the Zero Film festival, and it definitely stood out. The animation was brilliant. But, it was the plot that that really shook me up. Every day people buy things:food, clothes, toys, etc. I can't speak for everyone, but I'd say that most people are not taking the time to think about where these things came from. I'm not ignorant, but sometimes I forget that there are horrible working conditions that are behind the new shoes or bag that I buy. There is more that I can do to ensure that I am making educated and responsible choices in the things that I buy. The more information out there, the more exposure that this particular problem gets, the better chances we all have of making sure that our world's people are taken care of. I salute you, Barry Levy, for bringing this problem to the forefront in a creative and entertaining cartoon.

    This is absolutely brilliant!

Love the idea behind Division Denim and the short is fantastic! The animation is top notch, the music is great, the story is brilliant and I don't want to give it all away - but well worth watching. Reminds me of a Gorillaz music video meets Afro Samurai with a twist. I really liked the concept of bring the fancy rock star and the poor child making his clothes together...this should be an add against Child Labour! The animator and artist responsible for creating the characters, the backgrounds, effects and imagery has done an extremely good job and is very talented. Well done Barry Levy and keep the ideas coming.
