Before he filmed the series, Martin Freeman spent 18 months talking to himself in a Scouse accent so he could perfect it.
On Tuesday, 22 March 2022, the British Broadcasting Corporation announced that they have commissioned a 5-episode second series of the drama with further details to be announced.
The first season is broadcast in some countries in a six-episode edit.
