Chuck's photographic expertise comes to the fore in this story of a group of shakedown artists targeting foster parents. They have files at an orphanage photographed illegally for blackmail purposes. Chuck doesn 't bring in the police until late in the day in order to protect the victims' privacy, but his ability to check out photos he takes of the suspects solves the matter just in the nick of time.
One aspect of this episode is a surplus of really snazzy looking 1960 cars, puren nostalgia. Also, the woman in the gang who poses as the birth mom wearing various disguises is a familiar face: Darlene Fields, who made many movies and TV appearances for over a decade in small roles or bit parts.
