While evading transit police in their belief transit is for the people, a group of four young men still have time proverbially to smell the roses and remain bros through adversity. While performing to an adoring crowd of teenyboppers, one member of the boy band Boyz B Boyz bucks the trend of what boy bands do for a personal reason not obvious to the other three members of the band. On the on the street game show "I Know Canada!", Conor, the contestant, may want to answer the questions one way but may not feel it appropriate despite the right answers garnering him $10,000. In a high school sex education class which is following recently passed legislation, everything reverts back to the last curriculum developed over twenty years ago in 1998. Three friends find out what a fourth really thinks of them when he sleepwalks, which may or may not be reality. Many people work hard and play hard, but TPOCs often have to tolerate hard. Franco, Vance and Guled's singular focus on playing a video game changes when Tim tells them he has two tickets to the chocolate factory. The nervousness in Mark meeting girlfriend Sharon's parents for the first time is overtaken by a high five from a Sharon's little brother, Tyler. Four young male friends waiting at the clinic to deal with their respective bouts of the flu connect emotionally with elderly patient, Rose, who in turn becomes their everything, until. Big Pinky and Criminal Record are trying to record their latest rap song, which isn't helped by real life. In visiting what is purportedly the most haunted house in the city, one of three friends makes an assumption which has racist overtones. A basketball coach reprimands his losing team, the members who in turn want to quit for what they consider obvious reasons. Guled talks about his blackness in spite of an admission to the contrary. And in the mayor's son having been kidnapped and held hostage for ransom, one of the police detectives leading the investigation and negotiation with the kidnapper has to be more clear with his instructions.
