Erin tries to acclimate to a different lifestyle and Nick is frustrated with the regional manager.

Nick may be the top salesman in L.A., but Vegas proves to be an entirely different beast.

A tanning machine breaks while Devin and Jeff are out of town forcing Nick to solve the problem himself. Erin takes a vacation to her hometown in Oklahoma to visit her Dad and gets some closure on her and her ex-boyfriend's relationship. She discovers that he is engaged to another girl already. When Erin heads back to LA she spends time shopping with Keely to get her mind off of her ex.

With the Vegas salon opening soon, casting occurs for Miss Sunset Tan and Keeley is frustrated with Roxanne's managerial skills.

Jeff and Devin take managers Janelle, Nick, Keely and assistant manger Erin in a private jet to Las Vegas. Regional manager Roxanne too. The competition to be the Vegas manager brings out animosity and verbal daggers. And then things get heated. Meanwhile Molly and Holly (the Olly girls) use a Feng Shui book to redecorate the salon they are working at. But then they start to miss the spotlight...

Miss Sunset Tan is revealed along with the new Vegas manager; Erin decides if she will stay in LA and Nick decides if he will stay at Sunset Tan.
