I saw a screening of this and was impressed overall. A whimsical but touching tone is maintained throughout the piece. The setups and acting are solid.
Without spoiling anything, the story follows a pair of individuals who begin to share quasi-lucid dreams. There's a great twist to this that I won't give away, but it's cute. Also, again without giving anything away, the ending isn't as neatly wrapped as other filmmakers' would have it (that's a good thing, IMO).
Also, as a fan of gratuitous ninjas, this film does not disappoint. Much better than many of the shorts I've seen recently (and I've seen quite a few).
