Matthew McConaughey and Jennifer Garner in Ghosts of Girlfriends Past (2009)

FAQ

Ghosts of Girlfriends Past

FAQ

Ghosts of Girlfriends Past is a romantic comedy loosely based on Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol. Instead of featuring the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future, it features the ghosts of girlfriends past [Alison Vandermeersch (Emma Stone)], present [Melanie (Noureen DeWulf)], and future (Olga Maliouk) of womanizer Connor Mead (Matthew McConaughey). Dickens' story was adapted for this movie by screenwriters Jon Lucas and Scott Moore.

None of them are dead. They aren't ghosts in a literal sense. More like apparitions or haunting memories. Ghostly, but not actual ghosts.

The song is called "Hush" by "Gavin Rossdale" and "All Too Much". The song is originally performed by "Deep Purple". For the rest of the songs and corresponding scenes try here.
