    Sun burned

Lucy is sun burned and that is the only funny part. I wouldn't call it a solid episode but it is enjoyable to watch. To showcase the Hollywood wives is a treat.

    • Trivia
Don Loper was an American fashion designer, screenwriter, choreographer, producer, actor, and assistant to MGM musicals producer Arthur Freed. He began his career as a dancer and was teamed with Ginger Rogers in Lady in the Dark. Loper was possibly the first openly gay man to ever appear on TV as himself, and not pretend to be straight.
    • Goofs
When Don Loper introduces Mrs. Van Heflin, he is describing her dancing costume and as she steps off the platform down the stairs, he says AND and then says that the coat is lined in shades of fuchsia and purple. She then pauses on the last step and spreads her coat so the audience can see the lining. It's clear that she missed her cue as this should have been done when she was still on the platform.
    • Quotes

Lucy Ricardo: Oh, you agreed so fast, my brain blew a fuse.

    • Alternate versions
In the December 2017 colorized version of this episode that CBS aired in prime time, Mrs. Dean Martin (Jeanne Martin) was edited out and does not appear in the fashion show.
