WHEN will the masters be put on DVD?

I have to say I agree with the previous comment entirely. (I've got 'How Do You Want Me and think it's a masterpiece although Charlotte sadly doesn't look her normal self, which is understandable) The big problem is though; why can't we still see all these Thames gems. Hopefully one day Network could make these available as they're doing a brilliant job with other old Thames programmes. I just hope the originals still exist. At least all the Worwel Gummidges are available-my kids love 'em and they bring back great memories for me too. Did you know her sister is frequently in Tracy Beaker (Kam) and appeared in Bottom many years ago in one 'ep?

    Andrew Davies

Just thought I had to comment on this, since I never knew it was written by Andrew Davies, the man behind adaptations of 'Bridget Jones's Diary' and countless television classics like 'House of Cards', 'To Serve Them All My Days', 'Pride and Prejudice' and 'Emma', as well as one of my all time favourite TV series, 'A Very Peculiar Practice'.

'Educating Marmalade' also starred the wonderful Charlotte Coleman from 'Oranges Are Not the Only Fruit', 'Four Weddings and a Funeral', and the much underrated (did anybody else see it?) Simon Nye ('Men Behaving Badly') comedy 'How Do You want Me?' with the brilliant Dylan Moran and Frank Finlay.

    Childhood Favourite

You know those shows you watched as a kid but forget about until something triggers a memory... I used to tune in to watch Educating Marmalade every Sunday morning on ABC TV (AU) in the early 80's. Such a rebellious delightfully wicked character could only be loved by kids who would love to be able to follow in her shoes.

I hope this gets a release on DVD one day soon, as it would be nice to be able to properly return down memory lane. It was quite a shock to discover that Charlotte Coleman was the quirky sidekick from Four Weddings & a Funeral... and even more of a shock to read she died from an asthma attack a few years ago.

    Here's to a great show.
