The Making of Nothing

Hilarious satire featuring the cream of Australian TV comedy talent during Aussie TV comedy's finest years. An attempt to make a film goes disastrously wrong, as pretentious director clashes with drug-addicted star clashes with commercially minded producer. When so much crap is released as comedy, it is absolutely criminal that a true gem like this is so obscure.

This was an absolute riot, the Fast Forward team get together, bringing some of their well known characters as well as some new ones to give us a movie about the making of a film.

Magda and Jane are brilliant as per usual as are the rest of the gang.

This film is a bit hard to come by nowadays, though it still gets played now and then on The Comedy Channel in Australia.

HIGHLY reccomended viewing.
