Now a filmmaker, Carla Camurati chose to take a break from Globo TV dramas after this series -to never return as of 2024. She did a couple more acting gigs such as Brasileiras e Brasileiros (1990) and Grande Pai (1991) on SBT, the latter being her final acting role.
