The tarpaulin that covers the dynamite disappears and reappears.

The awning on the horse carriage.

The width of Spike's remote changes right after he zaps Crowley into the television.

During the "Roy Knable: Private Dick" scene, Roy drops his gun and it fires, knocking a picture off the wall. When the gun hit the ground, the barrel was facing the desk, not the wall.

In the You Can't Win segment, when the Napper-Crapper chair is displayed, the woman in the blue dress pulls out the little TV, and some feathers fall from her dress and land on the floor. In the next shot, the feathers are gone.

The title "Beverley Hills 90666" is geographically impossible as 90666 is the actual zip code for Whittier, California.

The remote is still on the table in front of the kids after the Dad is zapped back into the TV to find his wife. The remote he used to get back into the TV belonged to his neighbor Murray who was killed while in his club.

When Crowley is in the suit of armor and goes to cut the chandelier support rope, the device that tips over the piece of leg armor (that he leaves behind) is visible.

When Darryl goes to steal power from the neighbor's house, he removes the electric meter and uses booster cable-type clamps on the lugs. Removing the meter would cut power to the neighbor's house. In subsequent shots, lights are on in the house and in the yard.

When Roy and Helen become cartoon mice, Roy says "Helen?", but his lips don't move.

When Darryl is about to be sucked in to the satellite, a pair of hands is visible, holding him in the air.

When Roy is watching the new HVTV for the first time, a crewmember is reflected in the upper-right-hand corner of the TV.

Spike does not appear in the Three's Company show even though his remote was synchronized with Roy's and he appears in every other show/movie.

When Darryl finally convinces his sister that their parents are trapped in the TV, a shot of him walking in front of a window shows the satellite dish in the backyard. Just before the camera focuses on Daryl as he passes in front of the window, the boom mic is reflected in the top middle of the window.
