All the Dead Ones

Challenging, a courageous and painful historical horror drama... The slow development always generates an eternal expectation, a delightful film about the recent abolition of slavery (we are lacking films with this theme, we must always remember the past, so as not to repeat the same mistakes in the future) portrays, in addition to the obvious, racism and inequality, but also sexism, sexual orientation and religion, a divine plot twist... "You are different from the others, you must still be alive" Fantastic...

São Paulo is a rapidly growing city in 1899, a few years after the abolition of slavery. The three women of the Soares family, former landowners and slaves, have just returned to the capital of São Paulo. Lost after the death of their last servant, they try to adapt to the changes in Brazil. At the same time, the Nascimento family, who worked as slaves on the Soares farm, now faces a society in which there is no room for the newly freed blacks. Between Brazil's past and present, in a displaced way, everyone struggles to survive in the modern world.

The movie is visually nice and the general plot is important. However, the outcome is boring and shallow, mainly due the bad script, which has the unconvincing dialogs as the geatest flaw.

This movie is boring, most of the dialogues should not exist...the story is weak...a movie i would not recommend nor watch again! The actors are the only good thing in the movie.
