Well, that was something.

Overall, Accused Season 2 has been hit or miss with the installments, and this one falls closer to the latter than the former.

“Margot’s Story” involved a senior-aged woman who became enamored with a con artist and wanted to exercise some control over her life and feel alive.

At least, that was the gist of the hour and what Margot had to say at her trial.

In some ways, the hour could’ve had things that I find most endearing like lively senior-aged women still trying to make the absolute best out of their lives or a second chance at love sort of romance that may or may not have involved a younger man.

For NBC, it’s all about St. Denis Medical. You may groan at the idea of another medical show right now, but this one is a comedy. Exclusive: Max’s upcoming medical drama The Pitt is already making a lasting impression, months ahead of its debut. And it’s not only over the headline-making lawsuit from the Michael Crichton estate alleging ties to his creation ER — something The Pitt auspices and studio Warner Bros TV vigorously deny.

The intrigue has to do with the series’ unusual casting process that resembled hiring practices at a general company, where people apply for a position at a fixed salary denoted in the job listing — in this case $50,000 and $35,000 per episode. That technique is also employed by several current episodic crime anthology series including CBS’ Elsbeth, Fox’s Accused and Peacock’s Poker Face for their Guest Star of the Week, who are getting between $75K-150K. The 54-year-old Grey’s Anatomy alum stopped to check his phone while out doing some shopping on Wednesday afternoon (November 6) in Los Angeles.

For his outing, Justin wore a brown suede jacket over a black shirt paired with jeans, black boots, and sunglasses.

Justin starred as Dr. Alex Karev on Grey’s from the show’s first season in 2005 before deciding to leave during the middle of season 16 in 2020. Since then, he made an appearance in the 2022 Paramount+ miniseries The Offer and made a guest appearance in season 2 of the Fox series Accused in October 2024.

It’s all about Election Night across the United States tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 5. Here’s what you can watch on the broadcast networks.

As soon as Election Day was set for Tuesday, Nov. 5, we knew what that meant for our favorite TV shows. There wouldn’t be episodes of our favorite shows. It’s always about the Election coverage, as each network will have its own reporters and own needs.

Every single one of the Big 5 networks will air coverage. They have their own specials, focusing on different parts of the country and different aspects of the Election.

Ignore what the TV Guide listings has included up to this point. It did say that Fox would hold reruns of Accused and Murder in a Small Town, but that isn’t the case. Fox’s own press site makes it clear that it’s own election coverage is happening.

Fox anthology series Accused is not airing a new episode on Tuesday (November 5), and you might have already guessed why.

The fan favorite series normally airs at 8pm Et on Tuesday nights, but will be taking this week off due to Fox’s 2024 Presidential Election coverage. The entire country will be waiting to find out if Kamala Harris or Donald Trump is the next President.

“Gen V” has added seven new cast members to the popular “The Boys” spinoff series, which returns for Season 2 in 2025.

The new additions include Keeya King (“Yellow Jackets”), Stephen Kalyn (“Warrior Strong”), Julia Knope (“In The Dark”), Stacey McGunnigle (“This Hour Has 22 Minutes”), Tait Fletcher (“The Mandalorian”), Wyatt Dorion (“Eerie Hall”) and Georgie Murphy (“Accused”).

For now, there are no confirmed details about the actors’ characters, but they’ll likely come in as new Godolkin University students, staff members or, perhaps, some of the Vought crew.

Returning cast members from Season 1 include Jaz Sinclair, Lizze Broadway, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh and Asa Germann. The Friday casting news comes nearly eight months after the tragic death of Chance Perdomo, who played GodU favorite Andre Anderson in the first season. He died at age 27 in a motorcycle accident in March.

According to our sources, Fox plans to finally air the new episode 4 on Tuesday night, November 12, 2024 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. It's going to be a bit of a wait for the next episode of Accused. When does the Fox series return?

Accused was a good breakout success for Fox in early 2023. Adapting a British series, the anthology tells a different story each week of someone on trial. As the episode unfolds, flashbacks show the setup to the crime and often revealing that the actual crime isn't what the audience expects.

The show stands out in how each episode tells a brand new story with a big-name actor in the lead role. After a successful first season, it was renewed, only to be delayed by the 2023 Hollywood strikes. Fox decided to hold the show back until the fall of 2024, when it premiered in October with their usual lineup.

The show has maintained its quality in the first few episodes. It keeps with top guest stars such as Felicity Huffman, Taylor Schilling and Nick Cannon.

Growing more impressive by the day, the cast for Edgar Wright’s Paramount pic The Running Man has added William H. Macy (Shameless) to its ranks.

Obviously, Accused is just such an incredible project to get into. What attracted you to the script and this role?

Well, first of all, just the series as a whole. It’s such a great platform for actors. It was so clear that it’s a show, production, and team that wants to be a venue for bringing in great actors to work on great material. So the company they keep is so wonderful.

A friendship that ends in tragedy is one of the worst things.

And Accused Season 2 Episode 3 explores that with “Marcus’ Story,” where a stressor over an emotionally charged bug in a tech company’s product applies pressure to a fractured friendship and partnership, resulting in death.

Nick Cannon plays a man on the verge of unfathomable success when his life is completely turned upside down, more than once, in the latest episode of Accused.

Things couldn’t be going better for Marcus (Cannon) and his business partner Pete (Patrick J. Adams), who are about to become billionaires after they sell the AI-powered facial recognition software they’ve developed to Google. Their euphoria over the pending sale is short-lived, though, after an anonymous caller demands millions to stay quiet about a discrepancy in the software’s accuracy, which shows greater likelihood that the software will misidentify people of color.

The kicker? Marcus never knew about such a discrepancy at all. Pete swears it’s been addressed, and suggests the men pay the money and move on. After all, it’s a fraction...

With a title like Escape from Planet Klongo, you just knew Only Murders in the Building Season 4 Episode 9 would come roaring back to form. And boy, did it deliver.

Plus, the meta-jokes were on point — when Ron Howard’s picture was put up on the murder board, and Oliver casually dropped, “Oh, look, it’s a real celebrity,” I couldn’t help but laugh.

I love it when a show can poke fun at itself.

After the complete slog that was Only Murders in the Building Season 4 Episode 8 (which only seemed to exist to clear the Westies from the suspect list — yawn), this episode hit all the right notes.
