A classic of claasics from Brit Pop

I first heard this song on a campaign about a Down Syndrowm child and another barefoot poor one both riding on a carrousel. Cut to years later I became aware of Radiohead, their songs, sounds, rhythms and mytique and by then I was already accostumed with everything from them, specially this song thanks to the commercial. The sadness, the easiness, the calm of everything it conquered me, my emotions and my ears. And when I watched this already classic clip I loved it even more, the mystery of it all with Thom Yorke riding the shopping carts (as the other members also do but it's mostly blink and miss cameos) inside this strange market full of random and kitsch characters. Brit pop at its finest with a video that makes you reflect and wonder what the lyrics are all about, the essence of lost times, days gone by and a lot else going on. Yorke's performance is everything, very special. His face tells a thousand stories and that leaves it up to viewers to come up with a conclusion. And that it's "Fake Plastic Trees", one of the many superb tracks from ter great album "The Bands". Check it out and discover its mysteries, so many of them to be solved. 10/10.
