Just caught this short at the Dances with Films Festival in LA. The attention to detail is incredible. I can't remember the last time I watched a short film and could see the amount of thought that went into everything. The director's style is so clear that I was immediately immersed in the world he created. Definitely a movie that poses very interesting questions, and makes you think. I was happy to hear the director talk about his influences during a Q&A after the screening. The way he tackled the ideas of death are very much like an episode of the twilight zone. I highly recommend this short to anyone who really loves classic film making. I also appreciated it being shot on 35mm film, and was surprised when I learned the director was so young. Outstanding!

Cool story, visauls, actors good to. Little disturbing for me. Not friendly for kids but funny and scary sometimes. The part with long shot was very crazy and the actress who play lover very beotiful. Why not more movies from these peoplez? Good short. I normally not watch shorts but now want to watch sum more. Remind me of movies thatm ake you tink. Charecters talk a little fast so subtittles help me a lot. Music was very good. I recognize one actress from other movies --- the sister. Next move from this peoples will hopefully be coming sooon, but i wait in meantine. I reocmmend for people like crime/action/drama with twist.

This film. I've visited Cannes and always make a stop off to see the Official Selects for the year. 2017 was blessed by this gem. Never seen a short be so vibrant in story and color. So awesome. Loved it, and highly recommend checking it out.
Side note* I met the producer Ashley Bua and she was incredibly sweet. Always nice to see more female producers working hard and trying to help other filmmakers as well.

Really interesting noir. Haven't seen that genre in a while. Really liked the dark comedy aspect. Great story and acting. The lead actor and actress completely captivated the screen. She was a femme fatale I won't soon forget! And the actor who played "The Brother" was awesome too. Great acting all around!
