10 Reasons Randy Orton Must Return To WWE As The Legend Killer
WWE.com

As we stand here in 2016, Randy Orton is stale – and injured.

Since losing the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XXX, The Viper has become something of a secondary player in the land of WWE – a role that is obviously beneath him. Since then Orton became embroiled in The Authority’s business, filmed The Condemned 2: Desert Prey, feuded with Seth Rollins ahead of a WrestleMania 31 showdown, and is currently on the shelf after undergoing shoulder surgery that ruled him out for up to six months in November of last year.

Nothing’s gone right for Randy in recent times, he needs a change. And WWE would be best looking to his storied past for a brighter future.

Arise, the Legend Killer…

The then-Evolution rookie and future 12-time World Champion debuted his breakthrough gimmick in July 2003 during his feud with Mick Foley; a memorable angle where Orton...

‘The Condemned 2′ Review
Stars: Randy Orton, Eric Roberts, Wes Studi, Steven Michael Quezada, Bill Stinchcomb, Alex Knight, Dylan Kenin, Michael Sheets, Morse Bicknell, Mark Sivertsen | Written by Alan B. McElroy | Directed by Roel Reiné

Like The Marine franchise, which featured a new WWE superstar in the lead role in each consecutive film, The Condemned 2 sees Randy Orton (who also took over the lead from John Cena for 12 Rounds 2) stars as bounty hunter turned hunted man, Will Tanner; and – like Orton’s 12 Rounds 2 – this film pales in comparison to the original, abandoning everything that made that Running Man-esque action film so much fun.

The Condemned was one of WWE Studios earliest – and best received – movies, alongside The Marine and See No Evil. And whilst those two films have already had sequels, it’s taken almost ten years for someone to put together a sequel to the Stone Cold Steve Austin starring original.

15 Acting Jobs You Didn’t Know These Wrestlers Took On
Paramount

The realms of the acting and professional wrestling are forever crossing over.

We’re always seeing out favourite superstars taking a break from the ring to pursue that big acting role. Heck, even WWE releases their own movies now, albeit not very good ones.

The most recent case of this happening was Randy Orton. The Viper was last seen on WWE television back in October and has seen his comeback to the ring delayed time and time again. As well as suffering from a nasal injury, the main reason for Randy’s absence was due to the fact he was filming The Condemned 2: Desert Prey, which is due to come out later this year.

It must be said, our superstars have had varying success in the acting world. Of course, The Rock is by far and away the most successful cross over in history, but as you’ll find out during this article,...

10 Reasons Randy Orton’s Slow Face Turn Is Best For Business
WWE.com

Randy Orton has been one of the top stars in WWE since becoming the youngest World Heavyweight Champion in history at SummerSlam 2004. As part of the same developmental cohort that produced John Cena, Brock Lesnar and Batista, Orton was a huge part of the WWE’s main event plans throughout the first decade of the 21st century.

Over the last year, however, Orton has stagnated. As part of the Authority stable led by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, Orton had an underwhelming run as the first WWE World Heavyweight Champion after unifying the two world title belts at TLC 2013. Since losing the straps to Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania XXX, Orton has felt like a peripheral part of that group, especially since the shocking breakup of The Shield and the rise of Seth Rollins as one of the top heels in the company.

WWE has done a terrific job...
