Wow :) Action, family, love, emotion, heroes and truly evil villains, countless surprises and unreal twists... a real-life manga!
If you only enjoy realistic, poignant series with strong social, geopolitical, or historical references - like I often do - call upon the innocence deep within you before diving in.
Exceptional writing, an exhilarating soundtrack, perfect editing, and magical performances - hats off to Alexandre, the eight girls, Mohamed, Guillaume, and the entire cast. A rare freshness that can only rekindle our forgotten childhood or teenage years. In short, a series that truly feels good ^^

Only 2 episodes seen so far... It's pretty good or a French series... So far.
The original concept is used pretty well and the liberties taken don't bother too much.
Too bad we hear the actors and actresses reciting a text but that's the problem with many French TV productions.
I'm unfortunately bothered by the winks to the french 90's show "club dorothee" like the dog named Nicky who according to her master "fears no one" in the first episode and the police officers who are rewarded with a "Hello musclemen". It's too heavy and takes you out of the plot when it's already hard to forget that you're watching a French production.

I watched the first 4 episodes so far (early access on the app) and I find myself invested and wanting to see where they go next. What happens and how it happens is not super believable but the animé wasn't either, that's not why you watched the original this is not why you will watch this one either. I find all the actors to be as good as you would expect from a French production. It's got its charmand the sisters do a good job to show us a more tumultuous yet strong bond. And I don't mind the changes they went with to adapt the story to fit France and a TV series format. If you don't take it too seriously you should have a great time.
