Bad from the jump.

Nothing at all redeeming about this film. It falls flat on every possible level, but the utter worst is "Jamie", the male lead and potential love interest. He is the human form of Eeyore and his pessimism is so thoroughly palpable that it ruins any hope of getting me to endure this garbage to the end.

The writers seem to have targeted the ultra stupid in American society with the worst of idiotic cliches. You know the ones; there's nothing more to British life than the perfectly made pot of tea, correcting grammar to "chips" instead of "fries", and, the ultimate insult, Wellies needed to ride a bicycle to the pub. When I hit my limit of ten eye-rolls, I hit the power button and ended the misery.

Save yourself. This one is a hard pass.
