This came as bonus content on the LoveCracked! movie DVD, and I gotta say, this short was almost worth the price of admission on its own. If you like Twinkies, you'll love this short film. Conversely, if you hate Twinkies, I think you might lack the insight necessary to appreciate this film, as the story is distinctly Twinkie driven.
But really, who hates Twinkies?!
Elias has a distinctive style that flows through his films, and I think this one epitomizes his ability to deliver his strange variety of humor on a non-existent budget. Besides, if you buy LoveCracked, this is absolutely free, and that is a price that just about anyone can afford! So, if you have LoveCracked and haven't watched this yet, then by all means do so! If you don't have LoveCracked yet, get it, enjoy that, and than watch this as well. It's low-budget independence at its most insane and amusing.
