Watched the movie for the love of Shamita Shetty and boy, she didn't dissapoint! She pulled off the role so beautifully, an independent confidant but quite naive with relations kinda person, she ate her role. I hope to see her more & more, she has a huge untabbed potention that she haven't explored yet, the director has done a fab job too!
I would recommend to watch this movie, the storyline is quite intriguing too! It's a social drama about a young boy facsinated by a gorgeous modern woman who rents a house in his society and how slowly their relation grows into something pure. The entire casting is great, Rudraksha Jaiswal is a natural performer but Shamita Shetty takes away the cake, her role was demanding and had layers which was brilliantly expressed by her while looking drop dead gorgeous through out!

This film impresses with its superior directing, acting, cinematography, and gripping storyline. From start to finish, I was completely engrossed in the film's events and characters. The well-crafted characters are relatable and draw the audience in, making them emotionally invested in their journeys.
Set in a time that takes you back to your own childhood days in the city, the film shines a light on the prevalent biases and stereotypes within Indian society. It prompts a thought-provoking examination of these societal issues that still persist today.
It's rare to see a film that is both entertaining and thought-provoking, but this indie film pulls it off with ease. I was thoroughly impressed and can confidently give it my highest recommendation.

Excellent performances, especially from Rudraksh and Shamita. The casting is spot on, with everyone so perfectly playing their roles that you're left wondering if the script was written for them. While the movies is set in modern day Mumbai, its story will appeal to audiences globally.
Crisp editing and screenplay result in a smooth flowing story, with never a dull moment in between. From the very first shot, you'll be taken on a journey with the protagonist, and the colorful characters they encounter along the way. You'll find yourself associating with different characters at different points, which speaks to the brilliant writing and direction.
With a heart warming journey, simple yet effective script and superb directing and screenplay, The Tenant presents a diverse range of emotions packed into a short but memorable movie.
A must watch!

Shamita Shetty stands out on her character with her brilliant acting and intense performance. Other hand the story's main lead Rudraksh also performs well with the boy role and totally suited for this film. From my point of view I think director has totally succeeded telling the story of today's society problems where a modern girl enters the middle class society and how she faces different types of problems. Still today this kind of things happening in India where a person is judged just by her looks, dress, and her past life. Director has well shown the story and different perspective of it and how the characters that have their different thoughts till now. A great one time watch for me.....
Good movie to watch for especially the long time no see shamita shetty the movie is a typical Bollywood drama movie.
