While still called "Weather Underground," the show abandoned it original basement set long ago, and now uses the same Weather Channel lab as all the other programs.

Great Show-Change Title

Looks like no one has visited this page since it was created.

To begin with, with the exception of Mike Bettes, none of the cast listed is on, nor apparently with the Weather Channel. Sarah was replaced by Alex Wilson, who with her large WC check, has not missed any meals over her time there.

Further, the title should be changed. What started out in what was supposed to be a basement, with steam pipes and cracked paint, has now moved up to the Weather Lab set used for all WC programming. Thus taking away its charm and the name of the program.

But it is still the Weather Channel, and continues to offer the best meteorological information on television. From fires to storms to drought, along with a healthy dose of explanations, it surpasses everything else.
