Lesbian Parties

The premier lesbian video label Girlfriends Films is going strong with its many hit series, like "Women Seeking Women" and "Lesbian Seductions", but this one-shot entry is a complete bust. Very little thought or effort was put into its production.

Even the title is a phony: The lengthy feature is split into two segments kicked off by two parties, but they do not constitute real parties or "lesbian"-style parties, but are merely the jumping off point for some fake- dramatics and lots of Sapphic humping. It's not gonzo, and has a nominal storyline, but plays like a wall-to-wall exercise.

First pair of vignettes involve a baby shower for very pregnant (poor, shifting pillow under the dress FX) Gia DiMarco, who in Girlfriends tradition is uncredited because this time she has a non-sex role. Her sister Sophia Jade is nasty and the opening of presents for Gia ends abruptly with an argument and the party girl storming off. Whole thing is awkwardly acted and poorly improvised.

Getting down to sex, Katie St. Ives humps Jade and what happened prior to this seems pointless. Following up Cassandra Nix and Natalie Heart are two attendees who hump after Natalie announces she's pregnant. After this the sisters make up for a happy ending.

Second half of the film has a different cast, with the wonderful (and huge, huge breasted) Eva Notty as odd woman out with three normal-looking young girls celebrating Britney Young's impending divorce. Eva regales everyone with tales of how divorce helped her life, and a certain amount of man-hating sentiments are espoused. But Britney is having second thoughts, so pal Ashli Orion volunteers to have sex with Brit, to see if latter is really ready to swear off men and join the sorority of gal-pals.

Before this duo can hop in the sack, they see the other women, Eva and Dillion Harper making love on a couch. We watch the entire scene unfold, as amply-endowed Dillion is rendered nearly flat-chested by comparison with the massive mounds of Eva in a lengthy love-fest. After the voyeuses have watched this entire sex scene, they head for the bedroom and make love and that's it. The few seconds of so-called "partying" are less than token in this misguided feature.
