Firas Al Shakarchi

Firas Al Shakarchi was born in Baghdad, Iraq but grew up in the United Arab Emirates. Having lived in Canada, completed his medical studies in Dublin and practiced Neurology in the United States he has immersed himself in both western and middle eastern culture. Although he is a working Vascular Neurologist, Firas always wanted to become an actor often describing acting as his escape and passion. He is an artist, who very early on immersed himself in theatre, music and dance. Upon completing medical school he began to pursue an acting career in parallel to medical one. Within a year he landed multiple commercial roles as well as roles in short films and feature films, the most notable of which he played the character of Paul in The Misfits across from Pierce Brosnan and Tim Roth. He has trained in multiple schools of technique and is an active participant in Anthony Abeson's acting workshop based out of New York.
