Joshua B Williams started his career in the real estate industry, where he honed his skills in analyzing market trends, assessing investment profitability, and vetting operators to reduce risk. Josh has purchased, financed, renovated, and sold hundreds of residential and commercial properties over the past 2 decades. Ultimately, this led to his decision to co-create his own investment company, specializing in commercial real estate assets and film productions.
Josh's first experience working in the film industry happened to be performing as the lead actor in Chris Olen Ray's 2006 award-winning short-film, Time of My Life. As Josh continued to work with Chris on several of his films over the next decade, he witnessed his formulaic approach to film production along with financing and recognized the unique opportunity to enlighten savvy consumers to the benefits of investing in film. Josh has been raising funds for Chris' productions ever since.
