Broderick Hunter
Broderick Hunter Jr was born January 3rd, 1991. Named after his father, he grew up in a city called Fontana, California. He played basketball there for 15 years, which landed him various scholarships across the country. Choosing the University of Central Florida as his college basketball home, his career was cut short due to an injury, which resulted in him moving back home. Years later he was presented with the opportunity to model in 2010, then was signed into several markets by 2011. Well known in his early career for starring along side Ciara in her hit single music video for "Sorry", he gained notoriety for being the face of campaigns for Ralph Lauren along with gracing multiple features in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, GQ and many more. His acting career started by landing a Guest star role on HBO's Insecure starring Issa Rae in 2017. Then sitcom shows on FOX and NBC. He stars in various short films, one being "Somewhere In The Grey", which has received "Best Picture" awards and landing him "Best Lead Actor" nominations in several festivals. He stars in his most recent work is on Bet Plus' "Influence", and "California Love" with an expected release date in 2020.
