Theresa was born in Kolkata, with Anglo-Indian and Nepalese heritage. She was raised in South London and began acting aged five. After attending the hugely respected Sylvia Young Theatre School, she studied acting at the prestigious Guildford School of Acting. Theresa has guest starred in Bridgerton, PRU, Eastenders, Avenue 5, Motherland, Critical, Law & Order, Outnumbered and Silk to name a few and feature films Finding Fatimah and King of Crime as well as many independent short films, most recently the BFI network film 'Torr', Directed by Kate Cox, released in 2023.
