Marisa Romo was born on December 24,1976 in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. She attended Fairhaven High School and took part in community theatre in her hometown before moving out to Los Angeles to pursue acting. She also played baseball (not softball)and soccer growing up and her love of animals pushed her to start a pet care business she has been involved in for over 15 years.
