Martin de Graft Johnson

An enigmatic digital film and video producer with over 10 years of experience in film and video production, distribution, and live events. I have produced many high-quality music video promos and several short-form content films working with low to micro budgets. I previously managed a new media collective (OOR) and responsible for developing, supporting, and fostering the creative talent within the collective who had interests beyond the realm of media and entertainment. I was also responsible for developing programmes whilst with OOR to enable those from the BAME community and young people opportunities to work on production and/or assist with work placements within broadcast media.

I have a diverse range of experience ranging from new business and new media to brand consultancy, digital marketing, and community cinema. I have an understanding of the UK film and video production market and emerging digital platforms and have a creative and passionate appreciation of moving images, visual arts and culture, and technology
