Adam Scherr is known to millions worldwide as WWE legend Braun Strowman. A globally recognized entertainer, his larger-than-life image and authentic persona have garnered a massive social following, over one billion cumulative views, making him one of the most influential figures in combat entertainment.

Scherr is the host of Everything On The Menu, a tasty new original food series premiering fall 2025 on USA Network and streaming on Paramount+ that shows a never seen before side of the WWE Superstar. The show follows the strong man with a powerhouse persona as he eats his way across America.

During his WWE career, Scherr won his first world title at WrestleMania 36 (2020) - WWE Universal Champion. Scherr has won several championships including WWE Intercontinental Champion and a two-time WWE Raw Tag Team Champion. Scherr is also the winner of the 2018 Men's Money in the Bank contract, the winner of the titular match at the Greatest Royal Rumble event, where he won the WWE Greatest Royal Rumble Trophy and Championship, and the winner of 2019 edition of Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.

Scherr has headlined many pay-per-view events. Scherr holds the record for most eliminations in a single Elimination Chamber match with five, tied for first with Brock Lesnar for the most eliminations in a single Royal Rumble match with 13, most eliminations in a single Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal with 14, and is tied for the most eliminations in a single Survivor Series elimination match with four.

Throughout his WWE career, Scherr known under the ring persona Braun Strowman has been portrayed as an unstoppable monster, earning the moniker "The Monster Among Men". Scherr has been ranked among the top wrestlers by Pro Wrestling Illustrated and Sports Illustrated further establishing his status in the world of professional wrestling.

Prior to becoming a WWE Superstar, Scherr earned his Strongman Corporation (ASC) Professional Card by winning the NAS Amateur National Championships on November 5, 2011. He won the 2012 Arnold Amateur Strongman Championships on March 4, which took place during the Arnold Sports Festival alongside the 2012 Arnold Strongman Classic. This victory earned Scherr an invite to the 2013 Arnold Strongman Classic. He competed in the SCL North American Championships on July 8, 2012, finishing in 5th place overall as well as competing in the Giants Live Poland event on July 21, finishing in 7th place overall.

Apart from professional wrestling, Scherr has appeared in various other media. Scherr's roles in film and television shows, and video games have broadened his reach beyond pro wrestling.

Scherr grew up in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina and is the son of Rick "Crusher" Scherr, widely regarded as one of the greatest slow-pitch softball players of all-time.
