Alexx Grimm was born in Hamburg, Germany and raised in the small
village Nahe, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany, by his mother Carola, a
civic servant with French ancestors, and his father Dieter, a craftsman
and singer with Italian relatives. He has no siblings and has one daughter, Mara Jolina.
While going to school his entertaining qualities show up. He get through to the final in the acting competition Gesicht 2000. His first official stage role was Mottel Kamzoil in the musical The Fiddler On The Roof. Then he became a member of the boy band Yunion. He directed youth theater groups and played several years on stage of the Imperial Theater on the Reeperbahn, Hamburg, Germany. Besinde acting he is a singer, know for a very warm swing voice. As a Songwriter he released his first album "Con Fetti Pesto" in 2014.
He is also a voice actor especially known for his original performance of the plush rabbit Harvey in Edna & Harvey: The Breakout (2008) and Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes (2011).
Besinde Martin Czaja he co-wrote and co-directed the short Tittenklicken (2014) as well as the shorts Vier Wochen (2015) and McEs (2018).
His latest work as filmmaker is Fluch der Schule about a ghost in a school.
