Kiki was born in Hong Kong. Her family landed from an airplane in Seattle, Washington when she was 12 years old. Kiki competed in solo voice competitions and received third place in the Hong Kong school district solo voice competition. She was also on the swim team and trained for ten years to become a classical pianist.
During her time at the University of Washington, Kiki majored in Drama and took an interest in philosophy. Kiki traveled to Asia and worked in Hong Kong and London with acclaimed directors Wilson Yip and Benny Chan on films like SPL 2, Triumph in the Skies and Little Big Master. She was cast as a lead in a promo film for Cyberport TV Hong Kong. She was also an English Drama teacher at Faust International Youth Theatre and directed student showcases. Kiki wrote, produced and directed plays at the University of Washington's Ethnic Cultural Theatre and the World Famous Pike Place Market Theater. She performed sketch comedy with the Pork Filled Players in Seattle. She booked commercials and industrials with Microsoft, Super Supplement, Nintendo, Bank of America, Intel to name a few. In San Diego, Kiki performed her award winning one woman show "Second Chances for Grace" at the San Diego Fringe Festival, New Americans Museum, Lunar New Year Cultural Festivals and more. She was a co-host for COX4SD entertainment television show called Asian Voices. Kiki hosted the La Jolla International Fashion Film Festival twice in a row. Kiki was a diversity scholarship recipient at "Freehold Studio Theatre" Ensemble Training Intensive with Shakespeare concentration. She was selected out of hundreds applicants to present her one woman show at the Pan Asian Repertory Theater in New York.
After giving birth to her son Sky, Kiki needed a new challenge and took up stand up comedian. She is the founder of Crazy Woke Asians (CWA) the award winning, always sold out comedy show featuring the funniest Asian American comedians at The World Famous Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, Hollywood Improv, Haha Comedy Club, Ice House Comedy Club, with SOLD OUT tours in Seattle and New York.
Kiki performed at the New York Comedy Festival, Carolines on Broadway, Stand Up NY, Caveat and more. She was featured in NBCLA, LA Times, Whohaha Comedy Call Out, The Seattle Times, Broadway World, San Diego Union Tribune, Northwest Asian Weekly, Pix 11 NY, ASAM News, Asian Journal and more.
Kiki partnered with NBC for the first ever All Asian Solo Performance Festival at the Santa Monica Playhouse and raised funds for Gofundme AAPI Fund and Asian Americans Advancing Justice Los Angeles through CWA benefit shows.
