Freya Berry is an English actress of mixed English and Italian
parentage. She was born in Kingston, Surrey and was brought up by her
mother as part of a single-parent family in Bournemouth and later
Ilford, East London.
She read English Literature at the University of York, and after spending some time as a waitress and artist's model in Venice, Italy, she returned to the UK and worked for several years as a TV presenter on Sky.
After living in Argentina in 2007, Freya re-trained as an actress at the Central School of Speech and Drama and left in 2009, going on to become a Meisner student at the The Actors Temple, London.
