- Drew Fonteiro is a storyteller born in Brockton, Massachusetts, "The City of Champions." He is known for roles in Michael Bay's "The Last Ship" (TNT), and also in Gina Rodriguez's directorial debut in "Jane The Virgin" (The CW). Recent film credits include "Every Time I Die" and "The Browsing Effect," from Gravitas Ventures. A first-generation American, he dually spent his childhood in his parents' native country, Cabo Verde -- 10 Atlantic islands 400 nautical miles off the coast of West Africa, where the dominant cultural mix is Portuguese and African. Fonteiro speaks three other languages outside of English, [Crioulo, Portuguese, and Spanish]. An expert equestrian, he also dances Jazz, Kizomba, Latin, 'Step', and Hip-Hop. In 2023, Fonteiro launched a new creative entertainment company called Andy's Workshop.
