Angie Lin is an actress born and raised in Taiwan, based in Los Angeles. She is a native Mandarin-speaker, bilingual in English, fluent in Taiwanese dialect and conversational in Japanese.
Angie graduated from USC School of Cinematic Arts. She studies Stanislavski Method with Gregory Berger-Sobeck at Berg Studio and trained martial arts with Mike Chat (XMA Action at 87 North) and Philip Michael (co-owner of JAM Movement). She will soon be training with Jackie Chan's stunt team at 2025 JCST Action Film Camp. She is also an active member at The Group Rep theater company in North Hollywood.
Over a short span of 4 years, Angie has appeared in 40+ short films, 4 feature films, 8 episodes of The Plaza - a Cpics TV original, 3 national commercials, 1 musical and 2 plays at The Group Rep, as well as a Voice-Over podcast drama The Worst Parts. Angie's films have won a total of 23 awards, 4 of which were Best Actress awards.
Recently, Angie has started writing, directing, producing and editing her own short films in the comedy genre. Her films share themes of mental health and spirituality, encouraging positive outlooks on life.
Beyond acting, Angie is a street-dancer specialized in Locking, Whacking, Hip Hop and Choreography. She is also a Mezzo-Soprano singer trained in musical theater, pop and jazz.
