Micalovic is a close friend of actresses Zorana Becic and Ana Franic. In 2008 she married fellow actor Vojin Cetkovic in Belgrade and took his surname, thus she is commonly dubbed Sloboda Micalovic-Cetkovic. In the February 2010 she gave birth to twin girls, Mila and Vera. The couple and their children live in Novi Beograd, Belgrade.
