Before working for Taylor Swift (2011-14), he was the Chief Pilot for Singer/Author Jimmy Buffett (2006-10), and previously a Captain for the Outback Steakhouse Corporation (2000-06). David was born in Janesville, Wisconsin in 1974. David was married in 1997. First and only child (Spencer) was born in 2000.
