New on DVD and Blu-ray
"Deadpool"
Not every movie -- not even every good movie -- is worth an immediate Blu-ray investment, but you're going to want to clear a sexy spot in your house for Ryan Reynolds's "Deadpool." The top R-rated movie around the world is out on DVD and Blu-ray May 10. We could list the Blu-ray features, but it's much more fun to get them from the Merc with a Mouth himself:
"Regression"
Emma Watson and Ethan Hawke star in this psychological horror film from writer/director
Alejandro Amenabar ("The Others"). The film releases on Blu-ray, DVD, Digital HD, and On Demand on May 10.
"Where to Invade Next"

On the last leg of The Amazing Race, cousins Alex Manard and Adam Dingeman were the last to reach Phil at the mat in Buenos Aires, Argentina and were sent home. The final three teams were all hampered by taxi issues (such as finding one) and Adam and Alex went home because of bad luck.
With nine teams remaining on The Amazing Race, who will be sent home next? Let's try and pick who will be safe to race another day, and who will be packing their bags for home.

Former As the World Turns hunk Jesse Soffer has joined the cast of NBC's modern-day Hatfields & McCoys drama, Deadline reports. Offer will appear as a prodigal son of the McCoy clan who returns to the fold just as the feud starts to heat up again. Now, if only I had more reason to include the phrase "Former As the World Turns hunk" more often.
The story of the ratings for The Americans has been a bumpy road. The espionage drama had a big debut, (what looked like) a large second-week drop-off and followed with a big gain from DVR viewers. Thankfully, the nervous part is over as FX has ordered a second season, meaning we'll get to keep seeing Matthew Rhys in a variety of disguises. Additionally, Nielsen has finished counting the viewers for the premiere and it now ranks as FX's most-watched series debut.
