Patrick Primeau
In the mid 70' Patrick Primeau was born in Montreal. The spark of inspiration ignited during a visit to a glass studio led him to enroll in the Espace Verre technical program in 1997. Post his educational journey, Primeau ventured through workshops in Canada and the United States, with a noteworthy stint at the prestigious Centre International de Recherche sur les arts Verriers (CIRVA) in Marseilles. Returning to Montreal in 2004, he co-founded Welmo glass studio alongside Caroline Ouellette. Primeau's inventive designs, influenced by Venetian techniques, secured a place in the collections of the Montreal Fine Arts Museum and the Musée National des Beaux-Arts du Québec, as well as numerous private collections.
