* Extensive experience with domestic and international TV and film productions and incentives, with an emphasis on scripted drama series;
* Exceptional knowledge of key creative heads of department in the UK, and wide ranging talent relationships with Directors and Writers;
* Formulating Production Plans: Location feasibility studies, Schedules, Budgets, Tax Incentive exploration in the UK and EU, technical crew investigation;
* Fully conversant with PACT & BECTU Television Agreement (2023) and the PACT & BECTU Major Motion Picture Agreement (2021), and PACT & Equity Cinema Agreement (2023);
* Hands-on physical production knowledge in both independent production and studio production;
* International Experience: Spain, France, and the Dominican Republic.
