A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as a teen Scott studied TV and commercial acting at the JBTV school of acting, run by John Barth - the original "Tidy Bowl Man". Scott and director Charles Stone III, also a Philadelphia native, met when they were teenagers, and remain close. Before becomng world famous as "Dookie", the beloved character from the Budweiser "Whassup!" TV commercials, he worked as a nightclub and strip club bouncer for over a decade.
