Rob J. Greenlea is a director with a diverse entertainment background. He began his career in entertainment as a child actor/singer in regional theater, commercials and educational television. He studied Art, Theater and vocal music at the Cincinnati School for the Creative and Performing Arts. He majored in theater and minored in vocal music at Webster University's Theater Conservatory (St. Louis, MO) then graduated from the New York Center for Media Arts, where he studied Film, Photography and Videography. Rob worked several years as a photographer/videographer in corporate film and video for Kippany Productions, Manufactures Hanover Bank, and Color by Pergament. He then went on to work as gaffer, key grip, best-boy grip/electric and dolly grip on numerous commercials, music videos, feature films, and television productions: McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Osaka gas, Mazda, Sabastian Hair Care, Intel, Snoop Dogg, Warren G, Queen Latifa, De La Soul, Stray Cats, Green Day, Andreas Vollenweider, Tales from the Crypt, Beverly Hills 90210, The Mask, Red shoe Diaries, Galaxy Quest, Blow, Lizzie McGuire, Bubble Boy, Dodgeball, Kicking & Screaming, Bad News Bears and Grey's Anatomy, to name a few. Throughout his career he directed plays, short films, videos, and PSAs. Rob also wrote starred in and directed The Cloth, a short film which was screened and received an audience appreciation award at the 2004 San Diego Comic-Con Film Festival. In 2011 Rob entered the 2012-14 ABC Disney Creative Talent and Development-DGA Directing Program. After his television debut of ABCs Grey's Anatomy episode 914 "Face of Change", Rob began working exclusively as a director.
