Her prenuptial agreement to Charlie Sheen were 60 pages long, the stipulations were: she was paid $500,000 for saying "I do", paid $300,000 for every year they were married, awarded a $100,000, relocation fee if they divorced, and ownership of the car she was driving at the time of their divorce.

Her and Charlie's twin boys were born seven weeks early in part due to Brooke's continued drug use during pregnancy and she had originally conceived triplets but aborted one of the babies because she only wanted twins.

A former actress, she is now a real estate agent.

Eric Dane and his wife, Rebecca Gayheart, introduced her to her future husband, Charlie Sheen.
