Bill Millsap is a Voiceover Director and character Actor with deep roots in filmmaking. Having spent his early film years behind the lens working in visual effects and sound mixing, in 2005 he launched a prolific career in voice over. His VO directing credits include the English Dubs of Makoto Shinkai's "Suzume", "ZOM100: Bucket List of the Dead", "Engage Kiss", "Housing Complex C", "Kakegurui Twin", "Odd Taxi", "Tokyo 24th Ward", "The Honor a Magic High" and "Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean", along with original VO direction for the Video Games "Game of Thrones: Kingsroad", "Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed", "Mudrunner VR" and "Arcadegeddon".
