This one started off pretty good with realistic plots and actor portrayals. But the last 5 episodes quickly fell off the cliff with quick 180 reversals of actor portrayals, disconnected story focuses, and just flat out unrealistic shifts in character and plot development . The best doctor on top team unrealistically develops a romantic relationship with a really immature, dingbat intern that defies any reality check. Too much really poor acting and role reversals were insulting to viewers' intelligence and the last few episodes were done with a piecemeal patchwork of substories that made you think the story had hit rock bottom and just needed to be finished off quickly. Ending was abrupt and empty. In sum - started off with a good story line, and some good acting by the main characters, but the silly character development of the interns (made them look like elementery school kids with doctor degrees) was way to unrealistic and just spoiled the story. Almost quit watching it after episode 16 but decided to fast forward most of the corny acting at the end just to see how it ended. I should have cashed out instead. Really disappointed because there was some good acting most of the time by main characters but even that wasn't good enough to make this a worthwhile watch. Can't recommend this one - UGH.
