Kaali Peeli Tales

Nice storyline..must watch. Interesting characters.

Netflix has made the concept of anthologies popular, but often the first and the last episode are the only ones worth watching. I saw Kaali Peeli Tales today, and quite enjoyed the episodes by Vinay Pathak, Sharib Hashmi, Hussain and Manvi Gaagroo. Definitely worth a watch.

I honestly couldn't stop the series, I binged all 6 episodes in one day.

It is so amazing how 25-30min segments can leave your heart SO full. Every episode had an underlying theme, the music throughout the series blended so well with each scene. You're gonna relate to many characters throughout this anthology.

I just can't decide on one favourite. Kudos to the maker for doing such a fantastic job.. you know you've touched the right chord of the audiences' heart when they have a smile on their face after watching each story. :)

I have been a big fan of Vinay Pathak since Bheja Fry days and hence was looking forward to his short film in Kaali Peeli Tales! Given the bingewatcher that I am, I saw Kaali Peeli Tales as soon as it was released at midnight on Amazon's minitv. Vinay Patak has aced it again, which was not surprising. However, I also found performances by Soni Razdan and Gauahar Khan very impressive.

Highly recommend!

I was always a big fan of anthologies: stories that touch your heart in a major way, and Kaali Peeli Tales does not disappoint. With a cast that leaves an impression, the show only gets better with each passing episode. Highly recommended!
